Phase IV Cardiac Rehabilitation classes are a crucial part of recovery and prevention for all Cardiac patients. These classes are taught by a professional phase IV instructor.

Who is the class for? Patients that have attended and completed phase III classes are eligible to attend.

How do you join a class? Once you have completed phase III you will need a referral from your cardiac team or G.P.
